Shipping policy

Delivery

All orders placed, we aim to process within 1-3 working days and delivered within 2-4 working days from date of payment using our trusted courier Royal Mail. You will receive an order fulfilment and shipping notification, then confirmation of delivery once completed. Please note that all of our orders are tracked for your security.

Should RM leave you a 'sorry we missed you card' it is your responsibility to liaise with RM regarding retrieving your parcel from them. If you parcel is not delivered after 3 attempts, RM will send the parcel back to us directly.

In the event of a loss of delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Please remember that orders may take longer during busy periods (such as Christmas and holiday seasons) or in extreme weather conditions. If you have not received your item within this period, please contact us for a tracking number unicheclothing@gmail.com
